Our Story

Steadfast 365 was born in the back room of a local Mexican restaurant in early 2019, starting as a 33-week discipleship journey for young adults. Over the next four years, that small gathering grew into a powerful movement. We've now graduated five groups of disciples—over 60 lives touched and transformed. From those groups have come pastors, evangelists, intercessors, teachers, mentors, and Kingdom laborers ready to carry God’s presence wherever they go. After seeing God move so powerfully, our hearts burned to go further. And so, it is my humble privilege to announce the founding of Steadfast 365 as a nonprofit—expanding discipleship opportunities to young adults and spiritual mentors across America.

Many young people desire deeper spiritual growth but lack the space to connect with peers and mature leaders in meaningful, biblical ways. After three decades of visiting churches across the country, I’ve seen firsthand the urgent need to nurture this next generation. Yes, surveys show a spiritual decline—but they also show a deep and growing hunger. That’s where Steadfast 365 comes in. It’s a year-long discipleship framework that can be launched anywhere a few spiritual mothers and fathers are ready to gather a handful of physically and spiritually hungry Millennials. Be a John the Baptist. In the Spirit of Elijah, let’s rise up and prepare the way of the Lord for His return.

Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes. And he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children, and the hearts of children to their fathers. (Malachi 4:5-6)

Our Why

Joshua 6:16 reminds us of the victory we walk in: “Shout! For the LORD has given you the city!” Under the New Covenant, our battle looks different. We are called to go into all the world and make disciples—reclaiming lives the enemy seeks to steal, especially among the next generation. Young adults are searching for truth in a culture of confusion. The Lord of the Harvest is waiting for laborers to say, “Here I am, send me.” Like Moses, who eventually said yes to his calling, we’re called to pass on God’s Word to the next generation with boldness and care.

In Deuteronomy, future kings were instructed to write and read the Law daily to learn the fear of the Lord—because reverence brings wisdom, justice, and blessing. The people were also to gather every seven years to hear the Word read aloud, including the children. Sadly, this command was neglected, and over time, it wasn’t idol worship but a lack of knowing God’s Word that led to cultural collapse. Yet God, in His mercy, raised up leaders like Jehoshaphat, Josiah, and Ezra—who brought revival by returning the people, especially the children, to the Word. Every time they did, God brought blessing and a reprieve from the downward spiral. As Reinhard Bonnke said, “We are to plunder Hell, to populate Heaven, for Calvary’s sake.”

God is raising up a Joshua generation today. The harvest is ready. Let’s go—into rural towns and major cities alike—to make disciples. One day, we’ll present the fruit of our labor to our Messiah and rejoice together at the Wedding Supper of the Lamb, knowing our work was not in vain.
