We hope you love your journal—but if something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused and unwritten-in journals.

• Journals must be in original, resaleable condition.

• Refunds do not apply to digital items (currently, all journals are physical).

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or error on our end.
